After last years gales, and torrential rain the year before, we thought the weather might be kinder to us this year, but no!!
After setting up the field on Wednesday we all stepped into our caravans looking like we had just stepped off a trawler!
In contrast, Thursday was a glorious day, T-shirt weather in fact, and those that arrived early set up camp in glorious sunshine.
Just when we thought things were looking up, Friday was as bad as Wednesday and unfortunately some exhibitors were put off.
| Those who did brave the weather awoke to another glorious day on Saturday, and it wasn't long before the tractor drivers got down to business on the tractor balancer. |
At 12pm the lads took a break from balancing, to challenge the stationary engine lads to a tug - o - war, ably refereed by Brian Blake. |

| After a hard fought battle, the tractor lads emerged the victors, and each team member received a free pint at the bar for their efforts! |
| It was then back to the tractor antics, and some great fun with buckets of water! |
| At 3pm everyone gathered in the bar tent for our ever popular conker competition. This year our champion for two years, Brian Blake was outclassed by Dan Marriott who emerged the champion for 2010 after beating runner up Sally West! |
